Hommous
It’s funny how you get attached to certain types of food. Moving to the UAE has certainly been an experience when it comes to food. Any type of food, by and large, is available, both in restaurants and grocery stored. Arabic (lebanese), Chinese, and Indian cuisine are predominant, although you can find almost anything, as I said.
Anyway, some of you may know what hommous is. In consistency it’s kind of like cream cheese, a thick paste that you eat just like it is or more commonly with bread. It’s mainly chick-peas ground up to a paste, with some other things in it and it’s very good. I love to just take a piece of flat-bread and dip it in the hommous and that’s a good snack or even a meal.
Hello,
Interesting to hear that you are such a fan of hummuos! It is a great small dish to serve to almost everything!
It sure is, but I didn’t like it at all at first. I guess it grew on me
